Signing Day

This program is designed to give athletes consistent, long-term support as you work on sustainable change in your fueling habits. You’ll build a strong foundation, and whether you’re preparing for college, pursuing a pro career, or transitioning into a new sport, you’ll receive ongoing guidance through every phase of your training.

The program lasts for 6 months and includes:
Initial Consultation

Monthly coaching calls with me

Training Camp

This program is built for athletes who want more hands-on support. Whether you’re coming off a break, prepping for preseason, or just need a reset, this faster-paced program provides frequent check-ins and a focused plan to improve energy, recovery, and performance.

The program lasts for 3 months and includes:
