By accessing or using the Site, purchasing any products or services, or downloading any resources, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any other policies referenced herein. If you do not agree, please do not use this Site.

The Site provides general educational information about sports nutrition. The content is not medical advice and does not create a client-dietitian relationship. You understand that all content is for informational purposes only.

4. Purchases & Payments

If you purchase a digital product, payment will be processed securely via Stripe. You authorize us to charge your payment method for the amount indicated at checkout. All sales of digital products are final. Refunds are not available due to the instant delivery nature of digital downloads.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, images, graphics, videos, downloads, and digital products, is owned by or licensed to the Company and protected by U.S. copyright laws. You may not copy, reproduce, share, sell, or distribute any content without our express written consent.

When you purchase a digital product, you are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use it for your own personal or professional use. You may not resell, distribute, or share the files.

This Site is operated by Board Certified Dietitians, but we may not be able to provide Medical Nutrition Therapy due to licensure laws in your state. 15. Arbitration

If you have any complaint or should any issue arise in the use of the Site, digital downloads, courses, services, and/or products, please contact us directly first by emailing our team at support@d1dietitian.com to attempt resolution. 

If we cannot resolve the dispute informally, you agree that any claim arising out of these Terms will be settled by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in South Carolina. You expressly waive your right to a jury trial. Any arbitration judgment may be entered in a South Carolina court. The sole remedy available shall be a refund of any amounts paid to D1 Ready Nutrition for the product or service in dispute; you are not permitted to seek additional damages, including consequential or punitive damages.

16. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted here with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of any updates.
